SHIPPING & RETURNS
All our orders come complete with Free Shipping, to UK Mainland* addresses, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden extras at checkout.
If you are not home when the parcel is delivered it will be taken to your local sorting office where you can either arrange for it to be delivered again or pick it up in person, at a time to suit.
*Please note for delivery outside of UK Mainland there maybe extra delivery costs, which are charged at cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of personalised goods, it is not possible to offer a refund on these item(s). If on the other hand it is damaged or a fault/error on our part, you can return them to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible thereafter.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you.
Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production. With this in mind however, we do send a .jpeg image of the final print before production so you can check everything is correct.
We regret that postage and packing costs cannot be refunded for unwanted gift(s)
